M&M’s World Las Vegas

The rest of our day out with friends on the Strip ended at M&M’s World Las Vegas. We’ve been here many, many times over the years but it’s one of the first places I’ll tell people to visit if they get the chance. It’s located at 3785 S Las Vegas Blvd, next to the MGM Grand and across the street from the New York New York. Their store hours are Sunday - Thursday 9 AM - 11 PM; and Friday - Saturday 9 AM - 12 AM.
It’s really a fun store, packed to the gills with anything and everything M&M’s (including some of their newer items):

M&M’s themed poker chips.

Movie posters for “The Mfather” and “SuperM”.

One of my favorite areas - the wall of mugs.

Probably the most sought after area of the store: The M&M’s “My Color” wall. Grab a cellophane bag, choose your colors and load up! Pardon Blurry Head Man, it’s hard to get a shot of the wall without random strangers wandering into it (not that I blame them!).
The cashiers at the store are also strangely happy to help you out. Our daughters each got to pick a few colors of M&M’s from the tube wall and our cashier gave them each their own bag to carry, which thrilled them. The floor staff, however, are a bit surly but I can’t imagine being jostled around day after day would be all that fun.
They also have their own little movie theater which shows “I LOST MY “M” in VEGAS, starring RED and YELLOW!” in 3-D, is free and runs daily. Cheesy but cute!

My wife and I bought two of the giant plush M&M toys from this store once (one red, one green). We caught some funny glances from other passengers bringing them on board for our flight home.
BTW, great site, just stumbled across it. I worked in Vegas for close to a year, many years ago. Totally miss it!
